Gender Pay Gap Report April 2023

C J Lang employs 1,700 people with the majority working in retail throughout Scotland with the remainder working in Head Office and Distribution Centre in Dundee or in field sales & support roles.

Legislative requirements to capture & analyse pay data on the "snapshot" day of 5th April 2023 to establish C J Lang's Gender Pay Gap have been met. The following represents the Gender Pay Gap position for the Company.
