Dundee based CJ Lang and Son Limited have once again shown their kindness and community spirit by donating 10 PC Monitors to the Under 12’s Project, based locally in Midcraigie. The Under 12’s project offers a wide range of activities and groups for the local community to participate in.

They aim to offer fun learning opportunities for the children of the local area while offering support to parents looking to find employment. The groups include Pre 5 Group, the Cherry Drop after School childcare and Rainbow evening groups. Pre 5’s encourages toddlers to begin socialising with other children before school and their parents to socialise in a relaxed environment. Cherry Drop offers quality, affordable childcare for parents in employment and education in the local community every day of the week. As well as childcare, Cherry Drop offers fun and educational activities for the children. Rainbow runs evening groups to help the children socialise and learn new skills in a fun and safe place.

Philippe Rondepierre, Business Development Controller at CJ Lang said -

“SPAR stores all around the country form an integral part of their local communities and whenever we can, we endeavour to assist those communities. We hope that the Under 12’s project will make good use of the PC monitors we have donated to them”

Toni Dawson from the Under 12’s project followed with – “The ten new monitors will allow us to set up an interactive I.T. Suite for all the children to play with as well as updating our security system to ensure the staff, children and building is safe. We are all very grateful to CJ Lang for their very kind donation!”
