CJ LANG TRIO HAVE FUTURE MAPPED OUT

Three CJ Lang and Son Limited employees have been successful in completing the Company Stores Management Advancement Programme (MAP). Lisa Donald, Kelly McCulloch and Robyn Munn (from SPAR West Kilbride, Kilwinning and Lochwinnoch respectively) all received certificates for completion of the course. The programme is designed to train CJ Lang company owned stores employees who wish to move into management positions. Each candidate started the programme in 2008 and attended a series of workshops throughout this period. In addition, a comprehensive workbook covering all aspects of store operations was completed by all candidates. However, training does not stop for the successful trio, all three are now working toward achieving the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) award. Jackie McCabe, Training Manager, CJ Lang and Son Limited commented: ‘We are delighted to see future managers commit to their own development by undertaking the MAP programme.
