Dundee based CJ Lang and Son Limited, have just completed a hat trick by opening their third new acquisition in less than a month. The company have opened stores in Dumfries, Auchterarder and Bonnybridge and represents a substantial investment for the company with more in the pipeline.
Jamie Buchanan, Company Owned Stores Director said of the new stores:
“We are delighted to continue our acquisition of new stores, our company owned stores portfolio is already very strong and we aim to build on this over the coming months. We look forward to working with local residents to ensure our stores are firmly part of their local communities in Dumfries, Auchterarder and Bonnybridge.”
The new stores offer local residents a variety of new services including extended store opening hours and national lottery. Each store has a wide selection of fresh produce, chilled and frozen foods as you would expect from Scotland’s leading independent convenience retailer, plus a mix of local products to suit the needs of the trading areas.
CJ Lang and Son Limited now operate 94 company owned SPAR stores and supply delivered wholesale goods to over 300 SPAR stores across Scotland. SPAR Scotland is Scotland’s largest independent convenience store group.
